PEANUT BUTTER STUFFED DATES
Stuffed dates with peanut butter are perfect when you're craving something sweet but not unhealthy. Quick to make and taste (almost) like a snickers... especially if you store them in the freeze!
PEANUT BUTTER STUFFED DATES
Medjool dates (easier and less messy if they’re already pitted)
Favorite nut butter
Toppings: flaky salt, dark chocolate, almonds, seeds, coconut flakes, sprinkles (for the kids), etc.
Slice dates in half and remove pit if needed. Fill each side with nut butter and top with your favorite toppings. My go to is dark chocolate and flaky salt. Store in the refrigerator or freezer and enjoy when you need a sweet treat!
Sadly, these are so good even my kids devour them, lol. Once they know I’ve made a batch, they don’t last long!
